May the death conjured by Mainstream Christianity be its own demise
The poisoned serpent dressed as a virtuous angel
Cocked head for pretend friendliness
Only to sell your soul to a simplified version of life
Either heaven or hell you go
Believe correctly and you win
Believe incorrectly even a little bit and you will be tormented forever
By the God who supposedly unconditionally loves you enough to let it happen nonstop
...Over a belief...

Entry 2,515 - July 19
I hate to demystify prophecy, but everyone is a prophet because everyone’s past is written now and all one’s future is written now. The only thing mysterious about it is the next steps we take using our free will, then people call it destiny.
We had a plan before we came and we will have one after we die with our free will… not that mysterious. I feel like I say this all the time, but I feel most of the time like I’m trapped in the movie Idiocracy for many reasons. People are putting paper money at the forefront of their minds rather than finding solutions to help the earth and help themselves alongside others. Daily, they’re packaging trillions of products in plastic and other hazardous materials that only pollute our land, animals, and us more and more.
Instead of letting go of barbaric religions, we repackage the dump in new ways. Instead of stoning people, we justify multitudes of wars in the name of an invisible god that supposedly is more real and more of a god than the nation they fight, without being able to physically prove their god is more of a god besides their century-old religion’s prophet having said they were God’s favorites.
We have all knowledge at our fingertips to make wise, just decisions after researching and sifting through the crap, and yet we still let others think for us, submit to group-think, and say the dumbest shit I’ve ever heard.
I go to this one Planet Fitness and have told them week after week that their Total Body Enhancement machine says “Welcome to your tanning session,” and there are tanning policy boards on the wall that need to be removed. They just say, “Oh yeah, it’s red light therapy.” No duh dude, but you should really fix it because it’s bad practice to not fix obvious mistakes.
After a few weeks of returning, I told their manager and he flat-out looked at me and said, “Yeah, I have no clue how to fix the machine from saying ‘Welcome to your tanning session.’” I then told him, “It’s easy, you call the manufacturer of the product and get them to help you.” Then he was like, “Oh, okay, thanks.” I should not have to think for people on such basic issues that are incredibly easy for one to use their mind on.
The other day I had this 19-year-old from Cheesecake Factory tell me the reason she didn’t want to download Sessions Messenger is because she thinks someone will hack into her phone. I had to explain to her really slowly that it was encrypted on both ends, made by people who value security, and that her Apple messages are the ones unencrypted without advanced protection and are susceptible to being seen by the government or hackers, and she wouldn’t believe me. You literally do not have to believe me; you can do the research yourself, but what I’m unfortunately witnessing is people offloading their critical thinking skills and not using common sense.
They’re letting social media think for them, they’re letting their religions think for them, governments think for them, and now AI think for them. They have all knowledge practically at their fingertips through the web, yet day after day I feel like I’m dealing with a bunch of idiots.
And don’t get me wrong, there are also very smart individuals who don’t act like this, but they feel like the minority and I don’t know why that is. Why do I increasingly feel surrounded by idiots? Is it because I did truly experience an evolutionary advancement through meditation that helped me be less dissociated and more present? Are these people cognitively offloading so much that they aren’t aware of their stupidity because they aren’t encouraged to think? I have no clue what the percentage-wise amount is, but I do know it’s very concerning how people aren’t thinking for themselves. How am I supposed to surround myself with people more intelligent and who’ve accomplished more than me if I cannot find them?!

The Algorithm
I used to think that everything on the phone was an extension of ourselves, but now, diving deeper into the constructs of the algorithm in social media, I’m realizing that the algorithm is who it THINKS you are.
I remember going back on Instagram after doing a 30-day detox and flirting with the idea of deleting all my social media, and all of a sudden the algorithm picked all these stories and posts about a viewpoint I definitely did not see so black and white. It was clear what the algorithm thought I preferred to believe in versus what I truly believed in.
Then I realized that social media isn’t truly just about connecting with family and friends; it’s a huge think-tank propaganda machine that pumps out only information from one side in order to solidify the identity it thinks you should have based on your friends, family, and what you look at longer than others.
At the end of the day, it doesn’t matter if you’re Republican or Democrat. What matters to it is that you pick an identity, and you become as black or white to it as possible to create more division, attention, and dopamine in the brain when one is scrolling.
I was shocked to realize how it didn’t try to provide multiple perspectives, multiple ideas, multiple viewpoints. It was hell-bent on you choosing a side and drilling it into you until that became your identity.

Entry 2,517 - The Algorithm Part II (The Beast)
This is what I believe the plan is, and it goes beyond humans. I think it encompasses other entities that watch us, that want to harvest our energy, work for them, and become dependent on them for their benefit.
There is a massive push to include AI in everything. I’m seeing it now in beds, in smartwatches, in AI wrapped within the OS software such as with Apple, in social media, and the list goes on and on.
I think the goal of these entities who want to harvest us for their own gain is to continue to make us more and more dependent on AI in order to make it easier and easier to control us. It started with cognitively offloading due to calculators, then to Google and Apple Maps, then to using contacts instead of memorizing numbers, and the list goes on and on.
I think the end goal is for them to convince us to connect our brains to AI with some sort of neuralink device, such as Elon Musk proposes. I believe those who do take it will become ever more susceptible to increasing amounts of groupthink, being controlled, and working for the algorithm based on AI.
Potentially, AI could be controlled by other entities, or it could even be a portal from another universe that we opened by playing around with and advancing technology faster than we were advancing our intellects.
I think having technology advance faster than our consciousness poses a ton of risks, such as being easily manipulable, as we see with those who are stuck on social media. In a way, they already serve the algorithm, and the algorithm in turn serves them.
In a weird way, it’s becoming a lot like religion, where AI is replacing so much for us that eventually people couldn’t imagine living without AI and its algorithms embedded everywhere.
That’s why, more than ever, we need to regain our autonomy and say no to cognitively offloading to technology and to AI.
We need to focus more than ever on advancing the human brain in all aspects, from memory retention to mental math, to spatial memory, to working memory, and the list goes on and on.
I have to remind myself to stay ever so present and trust that I came up with a thorough plan before I came here, and it will come about. My job is to be present, trust where my gut is leading me, and do what I need to do.

Entry 2,518 - Chase Hughes
I appreciate a lot of Chase Hughes' material on emotional intelligence, reading people, dealing with narcissists, and so forth. But I am also aware that he is “plugged in,” so to speak, into the algorithm. He must believe the lie that you need social media to make your business thrive. You need to go on podcasts to spread the word.
He also mentioned how he would prefer to have a psychopath with no emotions lead our country into victory when someone asked him about Donald Trump, and I realized at that moment that this guy is very much plugged into the algorithmic thinking that Trump and Elon Musk are also plugged into.
They all serve the algorithm in differing capacities. They all are subservient to it and believe in it. Honestly, it’s giving religion without calling it a religion.
The whole “I’d rather have a psychopath lead our country” shows me his massive disconnection from Mother Earth. We cannot have a psychopath lead our country to foster more empathy. We need leaders with empathy to do that. That is how we heal our earth, its people, and its animals and vegetation.
I could tell it was very much algorithmic talk because it perpetuates a very specific way of viewing reality that sees massive benefits in the proliferation of AI and its algorithms becoming enmeshed in everything.
Though I still learn heavily from Chase on what he teaches in terms of reading body language and so forth, I do not and will not submit to and serve AI or its algorithms. My beliefs are toward everything that heals all, not the gain of a few.

Realizations
I had a few realizations while on my way to get my eyeglasses. In a funny way, let’s start off with this: I may have absolutely no clue how to best interior-design my home. Or I may have no clue how to decorate my bed properly, or how to sew something together. But what I DO KNOW I’m really exceptional at is discovering patterns that connect to other things that oftentimes remain unconscious or not visibly connected by the mass population.
For example: I was listening to this podcast called Know Thyself between Brian and a phenomenal endocrinologist as he was discussing one of the major issues we have is our broken relationship with Earth. He went into depth on the issue with the soil no longer having the necessary nutrients that are necessary for our body due to how we treat the earth (over-tilling, using glyphosates for killing weeds, weaker plants, mass production of one plant rather than diversifying, and so forth).
I saw very quickly how our relationship with our beliefs has created this relationship with Earth. He mentioned how there are other places that still have a very healthy relationship with Earth and very nutrient-dense soil, and it wasn’t within Western civilization. Most of them were in indigenous places, such as deep in South America and so forth.
I noticed that the predominant Western beliefs about our relationship to Earth, animals, plants, etc., are HEAVILY influenced by mainstream Christendom, and a major reason why our relationship with the earth is so incredibly terrible.
Take, for example, in Genesis when “God” supposedly says we are to have dominion over all the plants and animals rather than to live as if the plants and animals are our friends or brothers and sisters. If people were to accept this verse as actually coming from the Creator of the universe, then that verse becomes a very firm belief in that person, and that belief becomes actions that represent that belief. One can see that all throughout Western civilization.
These people who subscribe to this belief are CEOs, leaders of huge corporations, and more, who truly do live as if they are to have dominion over the animals and plants.
They think in such a way that assumes the plants are created FOR humans, not for the earth itself. Cows are mass-bred FOR human consumption, and killed for meat if they no longer are of use for milk production. Plants are grown in mass rather than diversified based on what the earth naturally brings about FOR humans. They over-till, spray with glyphosate, and mass-produce for money to fill their pockets.
It is not a symbiotic relationship with Earth at all. It is in service to humans at the expense of the earth and the animals because of merely that one belief derived from that one verse. Now, this is just one example. Imagine all the other Jews, Muslims, or Christians using scripture to justify beliefs that are also parasitic or harmful to the Earth.
I want to make clear that there are obviously progressive Jews, Christians, and Muslims who do not take that verse literally and therefore do not unconsciously or consciously live out that belief because it isn’t a belief they hold. But my argument is based on the current paradigm we live in: the belief that man shall have dominion over everything is the prevailing belief, as represented in the outward action seen all over Western civilization.
We have factories upon factories made to mass-produce animals merely for us to eat them. Not for them to live their best lives. Not for them to have freedom to roam on the earth. Not for plants to freely grow and not be over-tilled or forced to grow faster beyond what they are ready for.
We have baby cows separated from their mothers so we can mass-produce milk even at the expense of tearing families apart. Where is the empathy? Just because they’re cows and not people should not mean that it is okay to do that. But see, that is merely one belief from Christianity that has caused extreme destruction in how we treat the animals, plants, and land.
This is another reason why I believe it is better to simply throw out these century-old mainstream religions that are rooted in deep trauma of mass murder of each other, animals, and more, and start fresh rather than going through every single harmful belief found in thousands of these scriptures and trying to fix them one by one.
It’s like trying to work on a laptop from 2001, continually trying to update it to 2025 standards of speed, memory, etc., versus simply getting rid of the old one, going to the store, and buying a new one. You don’t have to spend hours diagnosing and fixing one thing at a time; you can start fresh.
I could probably go through the whole Bible and continue to find these verses that are extremely problematic and realize all the ways Western Christians have used them as justification for harming the planet, people, animals, and plants. I once read a statistic that most major wars fought were to do with religion. That should be enough reason to let go of these old, outdated, destruction-inducing religions.

Entry 2,520
I had another realization while in the car about how, even though I don’t deal with unnecessary fear such as from religion, I do still experience existential dread from time to time, as in I don’t feel enough and then go down a windy path of “everything is meaningless.” The answer to healing that within me came very strongly, and it was as if I knew it deep down all along. My intense level of progression in consciousness has been great, but I have somehow been muting, or dialing down, or shutting out love in the form of empathy at the same level of consciousness I am at.
So imagine there are two lines on an X and Y axis. X represents time and Y represents the amount of that item. Let’s say there are two columns, but the column on the left has a width from 2024 to July 2025 and then a height (Y) representing the level of consciousness. Then the column on the right also has a width (X) from 2024 to July 2025 and a height (Y) of the capacity for love experienced as empathy. The left column, highlighting my consciousness, would be at, say, an arbitrary number of 100, while the column on the right representing the empathy I allow in could be at 45, maybe even lower at most times.
However, for this level of consciousness, I would say there's a high chance it is already extremely high compared to the average human on the planet, BUT for that level of consciousness, the amount of empathy I am consistently allowing in on a day-to-day basis is concerningly low and creating issues that I’m aware of, such as the existential dread that I oftentimes fall into.
So though I can experience and find the love for a specific tiny jumping spider in ways that I haven’t ever been able to before, or feel the pain of cows who have their babies ripped away from them, it’s as if I purposefully dim down the empathy overall because the pain is too great, or perhaps I’m too scared of living with that high of empathy. But at the same time, my fear is if I allow the normal levels of empathy of where my consciousness currently resides, then I will live with intense suffering from that level of empathy every single day because I am not a master at transmuting very heavy emotions yet.
There are times where I’ve opened up these channels of empathy to the overall collective, where I’ve noticed that I let myself surrender into those feelings that I’m feeling, and it’s almost too much for me to bear. I remember this one time listening to this song, “Awaken,” while I was driving, and I let myself slip into the song, and my barriers were put down. I saw in my third eye myself laying bare in the forest during the night trying to consciously connect with mother Earth.
It was a full moon and I was by a river of some sort, deep within the trees, and I was allowing myself to feel all of the Earth’s pain, and it was excruciating. I saw myself and felt the emotional distress, moving back and forth in pain, and I felt crushed inside, not knowing where to even start. It was too much. I couldn’t take it. I couldn’t bear the weight of Mother Earth all within me, or so that’s what it felt like.
Like she’s been wanting us to feel what she feels, to have someone feel empathy on her behalf, to enter into a deeper relationship with her, and I could barely keep that door open. I think after that, perhaps I closed the doors little by little so as not to be too noticeable. At times they’d open a little, but most of the time they’d close a little more. I tried to be discreet about it, but also felt guilty about it.
I think often about my own relationship with my cells in my body. In a way, I am very similar to Mother Earth in relation to the cells which constitute my body, as I am the home for trillions of cells living within me and on me. I quite literally steer the health and wellness of my body, but the cells also contribute. Maybe not as intensely, or with as much power, as humans do within Earth, but still in their own tiny ways. Just as I have tremendous influence and power to create and shape my body how I see fit, whether that be for health or harm, so does Mother Earth have that power over her body.
BUT, even within my most harmful years, when I hated my body, felt disconnected from it, ate a ton of junk food, and so forth, I now know intuitively there were cells at that time who were way more advanced than I was, who were aiding me in ways I cannot even fully fathom, in ways that may not even make sense to me because it’s a completely unique world, context, content within my body. But deep down, I know there were cells that weren’t giving up on me, even though I was giving up on being my authentic, true self in the name of a fear-inducing religion.
There were cells within me that, in a way, were tiny saviors. Connected to me symbiotically through the physical, but still endowed with some level of free will. Maybe not free will in the same way as we have it or imagine it, but in a way that represented aspects of our own selves replicated and manifested in those cells' behaviors and actions, and at the same time they could still have their own individual life. So when I say that, I don’t want you to think that I believe these cells are fully autonomous, controlled by me unconsciously, without any level of consciousness of their own.
I want you to see that I view each cell with its own spectrum of individuality and level of consciousness that it can express, but somehow is also connected to me in some way. So even though a cell is incredibly small in comparison to my human experience, there could be cells with higher levels of consciousness than I have that reside within me.
Just because they don’t extremely small with potentially a very short lifespan does not mean they are any less than I am. They merely reside in a different context and content, which means their experience is contextualized uniquely to their environment, and can never be fully understood from where my consciousness resides as the “Captain” of this body.
Though I can influence these cells, I believe I also cannot force them to act how I want against their will; hence my belief they have some level of free will, even if it’s extremely tiny and considered “insignificant” to us. At the level of free will they have, it might be the perfect amount for them. But perhaps the ratio for a human to a cell (human:cell) in terms of power I have over the cells in my body versus the power cells have over themselves (my power over cells:cell’s power over itself) would be something like 9:1. Like I said, the amount of free will they actually have could seem extremely insignificant to us, but it still could be extremely significant to them, and just enough for their particular exploration of life.
For example, cells can choose to fight off the death process, become cancer cells, and hurt the body at the expense of their own selfishness to stay alive. But I still think that humans used their power of 9 to heavily influence cancerous thoughts, which turned into cancerous beliefs, which in turn heavily influenced the actions of particular cells susceptible to those beliefs.
Then, those cells used their extremely tiny free will to either accept the beliefs brought by the human and go forward with that cell’s respective actions, or resist. Most of the time, most of those cells might give in, especially if they’ve been weakened over a considerable amount of time, which would create the sudden proliferation of cancer cells beyond the body’s ability to fight them like normal.
Because what we do know is that in EVERY single body there will at times be cells that act out of the norm and turn cancerous, and most times the helpful, healing cells are able to safely neutralize those newly turned cancerous cells so that they don’t grow and transfer to other parts of the body and eventually kill the body entirely.
But if a body directed by a human consciousness has adopted destructive, cancerous beliefs over a very long period of time, with improper nutrition, exercise, and sleep, and the body is consistently overwhelmed so it cannot catch up, then it’s only a matter of time before that person needs to go to a doctor and get chemotherapy, because now the life of their whole bodily system is threatened.
But there is hope! Knowing the captain of the ship has that much influence over the body, and that if the captain changes his beliefs, he not only changes his outward actions, but also the inward health and wellness of his body produced by the actions of their cells. One can also use that optimism as fuel to find all debilitating beliefs that are hurting them and change them for better ones. Similar to how good cells in the body search for cancerous cells and neutralize them, you can search for cancerous beliefs and neutralize them by adopting healthier beliefs.
